I don’t want to brag (well, maybe I do), but I think I’ve been pretty lucky with food lately. Maybe much of this is pretty standard Japanese eating. Like I said, “lucky.”
01) Chicken adobo with shiitake, edamame and coconut milk, served with spaghetti. Filipino/Japanese/Italian.
02) Sanma and brown rice. Also, avocado with shoyu-wasabi.
03) Ramen with deep fatty broth.
04) Nimono, brown rice, miso soup
05) Spaghetti with oysters and spinach
